We want to make sure you're head over heels in love with our products, and we guarantee top-notch quality. But hey, we're only human, and sometimes errors happen. If you spot any print mishaps or visible quality issues, don't you worry! We've got your back. We'll replace or refund the item for you.

Just remember, when you reach out to us about a quality issue, snap some clear photos of the product on a nice, well-lit surface. It's a super easy step that helps us provide a speedy resolution. We want to make things right for you as quickly as possible, babe!

Now, since our products are made just for you, we don't accept general returns or return requests based on sizing. But no worries, we're here to help you with any other concerns or questions you have.

Let's talk about cancellations, gorgeous. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, simply use the link in your confirmation email. You can edit your order anytime before it goes into production. Once it's in production, we might still be able to help you out with a replacement or resolution, depending on the situation. And remember, after you receive your order, you haveĀ 

30 days to let us know about any quality issues. We're here to make it right, babe!

Now, let's get down to the nitty-gritty of refunds. If you paid with PayPal, any refunds will show up in your PayPal account within 24 business hours. If you used a credit or debit card, it'll take about 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank.

And speaking of payment methods, we've got you covered! We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Whatever floats your boat, we've got the options for you.

Oh, and a little heads up for our fabulous international customers. If you're located outside of the US, there might be some import taxes, duties, or customs charges that apply to your order. These charges vary by country, and unfortunately, we can't calculate them in advance. So, if your package gets hit with any fees, you're responsible for paying them. Make sure to reach out to your local customs office for all the deets on your country's customs policies.
